I have been reading the reviews on here and one in particular has gotten on my last nerve. I have been a patient of Dr. Shereff for many years and I have never experienced what Victoria Lemrabott has stated above, and to call someone racist could be said the same about her statement. Jan and Susan are efficient and very knowledgeable in greeting patients and helping with paperwork. I have read all the bad reviews she has given so many businesses on here, and just because she thinks she has the right to critique others makes me wonder about her. If you need a kind compassionate Dr and staff I would highly recommend this office.

I had totally forgotten Dr. Shereff my daughter, has vitiligo and we have tried laser with no success. Today I was impressed again Dr. Shereff explained every detail of the new Opzelura ointment in addition to calling prescription in to pharmacy. Before I could turn in my driveway pharmacy tech. called and prior authorization would be approved by tomorrow afternoon. Even overnighting medication directly to my front door. All I can say is thank you staff was amazing as well as Dr. Shereff.

Dr. Shereff is very knowledgeable and front desk staff are super friendly but I think they have some type of scam going on with specialty pharmacies there. Seems like every medication they order has to go thru a “specialty” pharmacy. They’ll tell you that your insurance won’t cover it when in actuality it will! So word of advice...please!!! call your insurance companies prior to paying for any “specialty” medications to ensure coverage or not.
