I hired R&K to do water mitigation and repair the damage done. Patrick the owner was very curtious and helpful. He explained what needed to be done to repair my house. He was flexible with me and kept me informed of the status on the materials and other items needed to complete my repairs. Once complete the areas they fixed looked great and totally changed the look of my house. Overall I would recommend using this company to repair or upgrade your house
Patrick and his team did an outstanding job on cleaning and polishing my aging hardwood floors. Beyond my wildest dreams they reconditioned the floors and cleaned the grout in my kitchen and bathroom. They have earned a customer for life. I'm pretty stressed as I prepare to sell my home, and they kept their cool with me and stayed polite and professional. Here's an extra star for them to give them six stars (*).**Ask Patrick for the "before" pictures. You will be amazed.
