I so dislike that I have to give this company a star just to post. This company has piss poor management and when asked about payment they will fire you. How do you fire your workers when they ask for their pay checks that are legally owed to them? Jeff and his wife could careless about how their employees are living. Not to mention the wife is rude and fails to realize that being co owner can get her sued as well. They have their employees facing eviction, disconnection and legal issues due to them not paying. This makes you wonder why the business was shut down in Indiana. This shows how Jeff constantly lied about paying and tries to put the blame on him not being paid.

Very poor management. Employee sexually harassed. Company doesn't pay employees on time and when confronted on not being paid, employees are fired. I will never work for or with this company again

Carpet doesn't look or smell clean after having two rooms and stairs cleaned. You can clearly see where he started and stopped with the wand and how the entire area was not cleaned. The carpet was left completely wet, no dry passes were done. The owner was contacted and he blames it on me having animals even though he had never been here and didn't even look at the horrible work. The restoration company agreed that they did not do a good job. His answer what do you want me to do, come back out? No thanks we do not want you at our home again and will let all our friends and family to steer clear.Service: General carpet cleaning

The carpet was left completely wet, no dry passes were done. The owner was contacted and he blames it on me having animals even though he had never been here and didn't even look at the horrible work.
