been going here for around a month and i feel amazing! the therapy is so relaxing, the staff is so welcoming and are always caring about if i want/need anything. always looking forward to my next appt.
I’ve been to chiropractors from California to North Carolina and I can say with 100% confidence that Nelson and Nelson is the best. I am often in need of chiropractic assistance as my job in the military often leaves me sore and with low mobility in my upper back and neck. So I am very happy to have found this place, specially, the Yadkin location. The building is always clean and welcoming to come in to, the staff is friendly, and when I get adjusted I leave with a feeling of relief and satisfaction. I’d like to specifically point out the outstanding work and professionalism of Joelle, who always takes the time to be personable and is very knowledgeable in her job....read full review
I give this place 5/5 stars. The girl in the front was so polite and easy to talk to which made me feel comfortable before seeing the chiropractor. For sure going back to get more adjustments.
