I had a cedar tree become infested with some type of bug that was quickly killing the tree. Even though I called later in the day, he came out within hours of my calling, looked at the tree and recommended removing it to prevent the spread to my other tree (and my neighbor's trees). He quoted me what I felt was a fair price (I've had trees removed before and his price was in line with what I've paid before), and returned early the next morning and had the tree removed and the area cleaned up in about 30 minutes.
