I have been a patient for over a year. I absolutely Love Dr. Daka and her entire staff! She is an absolute perfectionist as well as extremely knowledgeable and professional! She has transformed my smile into a work of art. Having my smile restored has definitely given me back a certain confidence that I missed.

Must share with you the visit and experience with Ferncreek Family Dentistry in Fayetteville, NC. I was seeking the dental services of an office that displayed characteristics of quality, skill, experience, integrity, and professionalism; I found it! Ferncreek Family Dentistry (FFD), managed under the guidance of Dr. Ngozika Daka, DMD. Dr. Daka is a true consummate professional, with the support of an enthusiastic and top-notch staff. During my initial visit, a pleasant admin staff greeted me with a warm welcome and got me setup for my visit with the dentist. Upon meeting Dr. Daka, she made me feel welcome and relaxed immediately. She has a pleasant demeanor and throughout the process equally concerned with my comfort. She ensured I was in safe hands. She and her team were very delicate during all examinations and dental work. Amazingly, each visit there after was just as welcoming and friendly as the first, that’s an A+ in my book. During my many visits to FFD, I’ve had extractions, crowns, bridges, filling, and regular cleanings. My permanent crowns and bridges, once ordered, were received in a timely manner and upon receipt, each crown/bridge fit perfectively with only minor adjustments. Each visit was pleasant and was always put at ease. The staff is skilled, meticulous, experienced, caring, and extremely kind. Dr. Daka’s team of skilled pros has been awesome; dental technicians and hygienists are very knowledgeable and are clearly subject matter experts in their field. All questions raised were answered without hesitation and to my satisfaction; they exceeded all expectations. Her team managed and navigated a precise and detailed dental plan and was very thorough. I have confidence in Dr. Daka and her team; they did not let me down, nor was I disappointed. She is the true professional with a team to match! I cannot see putting my dental care in anyone else’s hands. Bottom-line, Dr. Daka, of course, leads by example. I was highly impressed with Ferncreek Family Dentistry; they immediately comforted me from the on-set. The quality of customer service administered by the team is remarkable. The admin staff, dental techs, and hygienists, are all first rate. In my honest opinion, FFD is the best dental office I have visited. My suggestion is, if you or someone you know is in need of quality dental care, i.e. restorations, extractions, cosmetics, cleaning/prevention.
