Johnnie has been doing my PM for several years. He always introduces himself although I know who he is. His work is superb. I always ask for Johnnie because I can trust that the work is done correctly. You should feel honored to have him on your staff. He always has an answer for any questions asked .
The work this was a call back after yearly maintenance. The air was not putting out the proper air flow. Johnny was persistent and was able to solve the problem.
That is the reason I always want him to do my maintenance.
Our Technician Samuel was very professional and courteous. He explained what he would be doing as well as recommended any upgrades to make my system work better. Professional all the way.
Wyron was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the installation of our new HVAC system.He took time to answer all our questions. He and Kendrick worked from the time they arrived until they left with only a 30-45 minute break. They were detail oriented and left everything neat and clean. It was a pleasure working with him and everyone involved.
