I’ve had my pool for 7 years now, my mother purchased this pool and she passed away last year. We have had nothing but issues with this pool including with the pool and pipes under ground, that had to be replaced 3 months after the pool was installed. I just called the office yesterday 5/4/2026 to speak and ask question about my pool because I couldn’t find my mothers paper work on her pool, I just asked if they could pull up the pool size and width of my the pool and how what the name of the pool liner she picked out so it can be replaced and she clearly told me the folders was in another room and didn’t have time this week to go get my mothers purchases agreement folder for me to call back in 2 weeks it shouldn’t take 2 weeks to get a folder. Very rude and I was very polite and told her I’ll give her my number and she said we have caller id I have it already and mind you that was not even the number I was going to give. After talking to end the call I said I’ll call back and speak with a manager she hung up before I could even say manager. So unprofessional

Bought my first pool and staff gave me excellent advice on maintaining it the best I can. Staff took time to explain to me the chemicals and pool keep up. Overall a great and friendly experience.

I needed part of my fence replaced and a new skimmer for my pool. I had a hard time getting anyone to return my calls. Chapman Wilson did promptly. They did fantastic work. Added some things that I requested with no fuss. They always kept me updated if there was a delay. Workers were courteous. I will definitely call them again.

From Wayne Stanley’s customer service at our time of purchase to Kenny and his group that completed siding, window installation, and a chimney cap- everyone was top-notch and so professional. This company is very detail oriented and so easy with which to work! I would recommend Chapman-Wilson to anyone seeking home improvements! Tell them the Dooneys sent ya! ;)

This is the second home improvement that I hired someone else to do the work and I must say that if I do anything more the 1st company I will contact is Chapman-Wilson. My contractor was Sean. He explained to me exactly what they will be doing, time-lines which were met, despite days of none stop rain and then the heat wave that followed. The improvements were to remove the flooring and replace it with the LVP flooring, paint the whole inside of the house, to include the ceiling and replace the screened in porch to make it a 3 season getaway for me and to make our main bathroom handicapped accessible. Let me tell you Sean and his crew were terrific. They answered all of my questions. The bathroom was great. Sean thank you for all of your help and patience with me. I know I asked a million questions.

Billy is fantastic at his job. This is my go to pool store because they don't force stuff on you that you don't really need.
