Great staff and Vets! Highly recommend this establishment. Animal lovers themselves and give great customer service!

This place is and will now and forever be my pets doctors. I was in a tough place. My dog had swolled a corn Cobb and had not ate in 6 plus days. I tried and tried numerous bets who stated, " he is not a patient here and we are not accepting new patients", or " he is not a patient here and we have no room for him". One vet, (I should say but won't, gave me an appointment but canceled it cause I the human had never been there", even though they had taken care of him from a pup. Long story short I go to Cape Fear and it was going to be expensive. The staff were incredible and in the end though I could not afford it they worked with me and today my baby is on the mend. I wish I could remember each staff members name, ( I will find out and say here if they are ok with it), cause they made my year. Thank you is not enough but you guys are awesome and if I can do ANYTHING for you please let me know, ( you know what I do).

I love this vet so much I switched all my animals to this one. The staff is absolutely amazing, they are so caring and loving with all the animals that come in. I love how they not only treat me but my animals, they are very open and honest about the things your fur babies need. I have been taking my babies here for years and honestly I wouldn't change it. The staff is absolutely amazing and it really is a big family here. They treat everyone like family, even the animals. Thank you for always having my animals best interest at heart. ?

Everyone in Cape Fear Animal Hospital was very courteous, friendly and professional. They treated my dog like their own, carrying him like a baby. Very good experience with a trustworthy vet team. I will highly recommend you give them a try, you won’t regret it!

I had encountered Cape Fear Animal Hospital due to the untimely death of my precious full fluffy frenchie “DREAM”. They were great at providing me with concern, sympathy and time to spend with our “DREAM”. I was a wreck on this day and I wish I could remember who checked me in ( me and the hubby)….she was very nice and informative… her and the staff that day. Kudos to the whole Cape Fear Animal Hospital in regards to your correspondence. She definitely will not be forgotten. I love the paw prints ? … I was not expecting that. I truly appreciate the love. I was pleased with the service that I was provided with and because of this I give you guys 5 stars.

Never wait more than 5 minutes for appointment. The staff is so friendly and great with my puppy.

I have a full Pitt, a Chocolate Lab/Rottweiler mix and a cat. I had a yellow Lab they also used to care for that had to be put down. I have never had a problem getting an appt (12 yrs), all the staff have been great and the prices have staid reasonably fair.
