I called Kevin and left a message and he called me back in about 10 minutes. I explained the problem with our dryer to him over the phone and he told me then what the likely cause was. We set up an appointment for the following day. He texted me the next morning with a time and was even able to be flexible when I couldn't make the first time he suggested. Once he got to the house he verified that his over-the-phone diagnosis was the correct one and repaired the issue, all within about 30 minutes. I called Kevin. Left him a message. He called back. We set up an appointment for the next day around noon. I waited. No one shows. I call and leave a message. I get a text message from Kevin several hours saying he’s in the hospital. I don’t believe him bc now that I’m reading the reviews on this place I see he does these kind of things a lot. I will be calling another company today. I would recommend that anyone else do the same. Don’t waste your time with this place. Kevin doesn’t show up 90% of the time and will definitely tell you a lie about not showing up or he jus won’t show up. Smh. I’m disappointed!!

His voicemail said he would call back in 15-20 minutes and he never did after I called and left a message with all pertinent information. I called back two more times and left another message - no response at all. Very disappointing; I wanted to support a fellow veteran.
