Star (the owner) has a line of hair care products that protects the hair and repairs damage. It's reassuring to know that not only will you get a good hairstyle at Remedy, you will receive quality hair care. I highly recommend this salon.

I am so glad I got connected with STAR! She is a consummate professional at what she does. I have been very pleased with the progress of my hair since Star has been my stylist. My hair is not the easiest for most stylists to maintain to my standards, not Star! She has really transformed the look and feel of my natural hair. I can’t see myself going to anyone else!

Ursula is awesome! I've been a client for over 7 years and you'll never get a better pedicure. Her attention to detail and cleanliness is above and beyond what you'll find in an average nail salon. Get an appt ASAP because she stays booked!!

To say that I am proud to be a Remedy Bride is an understatement! I received exceptional service that went above and beyond their duties. The day before my wedding, I was scheduled to receive a relaxer and to prep my hair for the big day. Unfortunately, the salon and the surrounding area was without power when I arrived for my appointment at 8:00 am. Initially, we thought the power would be restored by 10:00 am. When it was not, Maria, my hair stylist, welcomed me to her home to help me prepare my hair for the big day. Understand, Maria did not have to do this, and she did so without me even asking this of her. While I was having my hair cared for, I happened to mention that before the power outage caused a change in my schedule, I was going to have my ring taken to the jewelers to be cleaned one more time before the wedding. Without a second thought, Crystal, who was also present while I was getting my hair done, drove to her home and brought back a special cleaning solution for my ring and cleaned it for me. Words cannot convey how touched and thankful I am for the generosity of Maria and Crystal!The service I and my wedding party received on the wedding day was also outstanding! I felt so beautiful after Star applied my makeup and Maria did my hair. It has always been on my bucket list to get some “Star Dust,” and I am so thankful that she was able to do her thing on my wedding day. Star and Maria were punctual, professional, kind and so very wonderful at their craft. I highly recommend using the Remedy Hair and Body Spa to help bring your wedding day vision to life!

I had an appointment. When I reached the location I was told by Star the person scheduled to do my hair was not there and I would would have to return the next day. This is unacceptable, a phone call or text would have been proper. You don't have someone show up g do or an appointment wasting there time and gas to be told I wouldn't me able to have the service. This establishment is unprofessional. I would not recommend.
