T&C responded promptly to a pressing need to repair our failing refrigerator. On Thursday Terry diagnosed the problem; on Friday the office staff ordered the part; and on Sunday they called to schedule the service on Monday. The service was completed and the refrigerator restored to working order, and Terry even adjusted the door so it was properly aligned. I'm very happy with the result.

Technician Very knowledgeable and professional. Repaired our washer quickly and worked around our crazy schedule. Also pet friendly. Did not mind our loud puppy. Once we get our home we will definitely Use them again.

The compressor on my LG fridge went out. I was able to get an appointment to diagnose the issue the following day. They showed up on time and were able to get the part and do the repair 2 days later.
