This was an incredibly hard thing to do. Dave was so professional. He returned my call immediately and made everything so easy. He's calm and friendly and I'll always appreciate how he helped me through this. He provided a beautiful tin for the ashes - I wasn't expecting that.
From the first phone call Dave Poteat was very professional and very helpful during our rough time. We lost our beloved Peanut that we had for almost 20 years. Our hearts have been broken but with his assistance and respect it made this transition so much easier. Nobody wants to go through this but if you do, I highly recommend contacting Serenity Pet Cremations.
When our cat passed away, we called Serenity Pets and were able to drop her off within a couple hours. The owner was very sympathetic and efficient. We got her ashes back three days later in a beautiful box. Thanks again. We hope we won’t have to use this service anytime soon but will whenever that time comes.
