I would absolutely recommend Santi team and the only option in the city! They did an amazing job installing LVP floors. They were super helpful and not pushy during our time in the design studio.

I got three estimates to have carpet removed from stairs, refinish and stain the treads, remove carpet on 2nd floor hallway and install hardwood, refinish and stain hardwood in my dining room, 1st floor bathroom, hallway, and replace the kitchen vinyl with luxury premium vinyl (LPV). Santi Hardwood, not only, had the best more reasonable pricing, but also, displayed the most professionalism when providing the free estimate. Every question asked was answered with details and additional information was given for clarification. My flooring is beautiful and I am so pleased with this company. Crews were efficient and did a beautiful job repairing our wood floors. They are very knowledgeable and explained our options and everything they would be doing clearly. When the damage was more extensive than anticipated they were still able to keep the initial schedule and quickly put together a quote for the increased time and materials. Definitely would hire again!
