Restoration 1 has gone above and beyond for me from day one of my home's water loss. Every person who works there is professional, responsive, and reasonable. Dawn in the front office is a reassuring voice during an unexpected home event. Avery and Anthony in mitigation are not only highly knowledgeable in how to fix a home, but they are patient with homeowner questions. If I need something one person doesn't have, they are all quick to pull in resources and find solutions. They get stuff done. On top of that, they are great humans. Great company to do business with, they came out promptly to access the damage and whether or not we needed mold remediation (we didn’t thankfully). Thanks to Dawn for being responsive with scheduling and communication. Anthony who came out, inspected and explained what was going on. I would definitely contact them again if needed. Thank you

We had a wonderful experience with Restoration 1. From start to finish they were professional, friendly, and took great care in the cleanup and repairs to our property. Dawn was wonderful to work with, any questions I had, she was accessible and answered quickly. The work was top notch and the price was reasonable for the work rendered. While I hope we don't have another cause to call them, if we have another situation they will definitely be the folks we call for assistance.
