Excellent customer service, they were incredibly helpful from start to finish with replacing my windshield. Good communication on the phone and in person, and they were very accommodating to my circumstances! Great price, overall a flawless experience.

The staff are friendly and professional. Had my windshield changed and within an hour was on my way. Jacobs Glass imported the windshield (OEM, HUD). After 2 weeks waiting for delivery, they called promptly with an installation date.Will definitely recommend Jacobs Glass for BMW windshield replacement.
