    Im only giving one because I can't give zero. Sotheby's and Michelle Ivester Rhyne are a zero. Sotheby's Michelle Ivester Rhyne is unbelievably unprofessional. I would NEVER use this person to sell a home. My divorce sale has been a disaster of epic proportions, and central to that disaster is Michelle Rhyne. First the lies. I ask Michelle's assistance with the neighbor who has a construction dumpster eyesore in his yard. She says he is building a pool and needs it. I pull permits and he is NOT building a pool. The dumpster is now gone after I called them myself. One lie after another.Then the bias. So 100 days into this listing and we have never met face-to- face. Impossible,...read full review
