    I was buying a new house and scheduled a pool inspection on a Friday. Never showed up and never heard from them. My realtor emailed and called, but voicemail box was full. It's now the following Tuesday and I'm going with someone more "professional."UPDATE: after realizing that a former employee dropped the ball, they quickly contacted me and rescheduled the inspection and waved the fee. Thanks.

    Company also goes by "Pool Professionals of the Piedmont". Hired PPoP/PPoC to resurface gunite pool after a couple of small pops in the plaster became visible. Pool was 9 years old at the time. Paid extra for the 'Plaster Curing maintenance Process' because what happens right after the resurface is extremely important and is also labor intensive. What PPoP should have realized, but didn't, is that we had security cameras recording all activity on the pool 24 hours a day and were able to document the following : 1) It is very important that the pool start getting filled immediately when resurface is complete.     I can't give them negative stars - 1 is the lowest. They need to change their name to Pool UNprofessionals. Typical of contractors - don't show up for two weeks past their stated start date. They replastered my pool IN THE RAIN - so it stained. They tried to cover the pool with a tarp - by using blocks out of my concrete retaining wall which they took apart without my permission to hold the tarp in place. Oh - yes - they didn't start refilling until more than 12 hours after plastering and had rain water on the floor of the pool sitting....again....stained. They were supposed to brush pool walls daily for 14 days...never came back once. Corporate office... read full review
