Had a nice pair of boots that had been worn for 7 or so years before I got them. There were tears in the leather, the sole was falling off; they were in disrepair. Reyes shoe repair made them look brand new, repairing the leather and replacing the sole. I cannot recommend this shop enough for their quality work.

Mr. Reyes has resolved and customized multiple pairs of boots for me. Everything from new JR outsoles to replacing the moron insoles of my riding boots with nice leather ones. He is always expedient, fairly priced with an excellent attention to detail, and returns them cleaned and polished to me, I would recommend nobody else around.

This was my first time doing business with Reyes Shoe Repair. Overall the repairs were great and the price was reasonable but I was a little concerned about the customer service over the phone. Although there was an apology once I arrived to pick up my shoes and of course I did accept his apology. I won't go into detail of what took place but I'll just say we must be mindful of how we answer our calls as a place of business because you never know who may be on the other end of that call. All in all I say, "Thanks Reyes for taking good care of my shoes."
