I go to VIP Nails specifically for Lance and Sandy! Lance has ALWAYS done an AMAZING job on my pink & white set! He even makes great suggestions on different shapes to help me switch it up.Sandy does a phenomenal job on my pedicures! I have been to several shops hoping for consistency and she’s been consistent every time! My toes nails never chip and they always hold up until my next visit!Thanks team for your consistency! I had a great experience here, and went as a walk in. I showed Q a picture of what I wanted, and he took the time to pick out the dip colors as well as test them on an acrylic nail to show me what they would look like when dried. Price point was also great, especially for the area. Will be back!Services: Nail art

This is a large nail salon in Ballantyne. The staff are short in communication and straight to the point. They have a large selection of colors in a variety of brands. The place appeared clean when I was there and they used items that we're sanitized in packets. The gel didn't chip and lasted. They have you sign in on a computer at the front. I guess it's to keep track of who is coming in but they ask for a lot of identifiable information and ever since I used the system I feel I get more spam texts and calls and this is why they lost a star for me.
