In the aftermath of a frightening kitchen fire that filled our home with thick smoke, we were left feeling overwhelmed and stressed out. But thanks to Cindy and her incredible team, we found a glimmer of hope amidst the chaos. Even though it was a Saturday, Rob and his crew didn't hesitate to rush over and get to work. They were like a well-oiled machine, setting up equipment and organizing the cleanup with such efficiency that it felt like a weight lifted off our shoulders. UPDATE 2024:We had a kitchen fire recently in our home that completely filled up the entire bottom floor with thick smoke. After the fire, the firemen made quite a mess. It was a scary ordeal and quite stressful. Thankfully I have Cindy and her company’s number on speed dial and was able to contact them immediately. Even though it was a Saturday, her husband and business partner Rob and his team came right away, set up the equipment, and organized the entire mitigation. My experience with United Water Restoration was positive. The water damage to my house was a very stressful experience, but Nick, Josh, Sara and other staff helped ease some of the anxiety. They were professional, kind, and easy to talk with. Highly recommend.
