I cannot say enough about my experience with TesiaLove. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed. The rooms were warm and cozy. The heated massage table and aesthetic made me to relax immensely.I did the 90-min Shila Abhyanga (Hot Stone Warm Oil Massage) + Hridaya (Heart) Basti Add-On. I highly recommend it. It was EVERYTHING! I’ve had a lot of Swedish and deep tissue massages over the years but none of them left me feeling the way this Ayurvedic one did. I’ve also never cried during a massage. It was a sweet release that left me feeling lighter and energized. I left it all on the table and went on about my day feeling amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

Tesia has created a beautiful space of healing and rest. Everything from her consultation space to her treatment room invokes relaxation. I recently had an Abhyanga warm oil massage followed by a Hridaya Basti (a well of warm oil over the center of the chest held in place by a lentil flour dam).The Abhyanga massage involves generous amounts of warm oil and vigorous strokes along the limbs/back. I refer to the sensation being like “getting the wiggles out”. I found Tesia on a search for Abhyanga massage and Shirodhara oil treatment. It can be tough to find someone with Ayurvedic expertise, and driving the 1.5hrs was worth it! This was such a relaxing and reflective experience, and I definitely plan to return for treatments in the future.
