I came here because my child cries a lot during haircuts, and I specifically wanted a kid-friendly place with staff who are trained to help children feel calm and safe during the process.
Everything was going okay at first, but once the stylist grabbed the clippers to clean up the haircut, my child became uncomfortable. Instead of trying to calmly work through it, Jolanda seemed frustrated and said she was not going to deal with it anymore, then stopped the haircut and put him down before even attempting to finish evenly.
I understand that working with children can be difficult, especially when they are scared or crying, but that is the main reason I chose this facility. I expected more patience, professionalism, and experience when it comes to handling children who are nervous about haircuts. Unfortunately, my child did not feel safe or comfortable during this experience. Jolanda is the worst can’t believe she treated my kid like this and her coworker didn’t say nothing to her she was just looking

Please do no come here unless you want to wait a whole hour after your appointment, you want to get skipped, and the stylist basically tell you “too bad” and wait. Jolanda or whatever her name is, is rude, will not care and tell you to wait and take who ever she feels like it. The one with the short hair (can’t recall her name, not Takiyah though she wasn’t there this day and she’s always very sweet too), also doesn’t seem to care and will ignore you. Hannah was the only one that was kind, helpful, and apologized for us waiting almost an hour.

We love snip-its. I want to shout out Jolanda for taking care of my boys. They are both autistic and have sensory issues which make haircuts difficult. She was patient and kind and was able to give both boys amazing haircuts. Thank you!

Diane is my hairdresser for my son... She's amazing. I've been to 5 different places & she's the only one that can style my son's hair just the way I like it & just the way he likes it (Ronaldo haircut).... Thank you Diane ❤️ 😊
