5 STARS! We cannot recommend enough! Our old boy has visited several times over the past 3 years, always coming home looking beautiful. Yesterday, he had a medical emergency while at the salon. Staff immediately called us and dealt with the situation with empathy and love throughout. Upon returning to thank staff and let Sabrina see that our boy was doing ok, the caring approach continued. Wonderful staff and fantastic services. Highly recommend as a local, caring s-paw for your fur babies.
We love Pet Pause! They do a great job with my girl and she loves her groom experience. The team that works there are always so kind and have been able to help me reschedule a few times when we have needed it.
Anna and Star are the greatest!!!! They do so good with my 3 babies and they are so helpful when it comes to transporting them in and out of the shop. Thank u guys for always keeping JJ,Ginger,and Dinero looking good
