I love the Sauna! It is very easy to use and they have a sheet to help you. I enjoy being able to watch television while being in the sauna. I also enjoy the different lights that they explain the benefits of the different lights. Everyone I have met is very friendly and helpful!

Absolutely enjoyed this experience. I was sweating within minutes. The vibes are good and the thoughtful perks are lovely. The aroma therapy cold towel, the shower room, the tv with Netflix, YouTube and Hulu, the color system. All of it was absolutely magical and much needed.
