Renovations at Celsius Apartments, Charlotte NC - This was my first experience with renovations being completed while residing as a tenant in an apartment, as most projects are done after a tenant's lease expires and prior to the start of a new lease. I was annoyed at having to pack things as if I was moving and feeling displaced, but the saving grace in this project was JJ. He was very professional and beyond helpful. He managed the project as if it were a project for his personal home, and that I appreciated the most.
