At first Killingsworth was great, always responded quickly to any concerns we had. Pricing Etc. As time has gone on since we've been with them over 7 years, the service has gone downhill our lawn doesn't look as good as it used to our Pest Control service has been terrible they come out and spray which does nothing to prevent bugs from coming back the next day. I'm not sure why but I have been told by some of their employees that they are having a staffing problem and are not capable of handling all the work they have. We're about to cancel our service but I hope they improve here shortly

Killingsworth came out to inspect the property, when we noticed that we had a termite infestation warranty, but not a damage warranty. After the inspection, we were advised that the reason for this, was at the time of the 1st inspection, the moisture level under the home was too high, BUT Killingsworth installed a vapor barrier, and this second inspection was deemed acceptable, and we were granted the damage warrantyServices: General pest inspection

We have been using Killingsworth for several years and are very pleased with their professional and friendly staff. They are environmentally conscientious and very careful about children and pets.Service: General pest inspection
