First let me say I was 30 minutes for my appointment!
Ok. Having said that, I was informed that my massage would only be 30 minutes vs. 60. I get it. If they gave everybody an extra 30 minutes because they were late things would just be ridiculous. So I have no problem with that.
The salon is well kept, clean and nicely decorated. They have way too many people up at the desk and it’s just a cluster up there. Most of the ladies were pleasant some seemed to have a slight attitude.

My first time at a Hand and Stone. The Charlotte location was relaxing and the staff friendly. I knew when I was done they would want me to consider a membership. My therapist LisMary, listened to my needs and her experience and talent exceeded my expectations. I haven’t had a great therapist like her in years. I highly recommend you ask for her. She is the reason I signed up for the membership. I hope other locations have the same caliber!
Brett is amazing! I’ve had massages from him for over a year and I’m never disappointed. This time I was dealing with a health issue and he was so accommodating and helped me be comfortable through my massage. I never go to anyone else! He is a great man, great massage therapist, and truly always treats me in a compassionate and professional manner.
