This was an excellent experience with my GMA. The team worked together, including Ms. Karen, to produce an insightful, professional, and responsive service. They don’t turn people away based on their hours of operation, they are willing to accommodate you no matter the time. Outstanding job! Came in an exact week later because my nails had air pockets around the cuticle and lifting meaning that they will easily break in a matter of days. I told her the technique or quality of how the acrylic was applied was no good and asked her to fix it. She said that I needed a fill in and that my nails grew out in exactly a week. I told her it hasn't been two weeks and most of my nails were still close to my cuticles. She said that she will put glue on them. I expected for her to fix it completely since it was the quality and nails were actually lifting not a natural issue. I spent $120 dollars plus tip here because my regular nail guy was on vacation. My experience was not satisfying, I'm not going to say you're going to have the same experience but be aware that if you have a issue with the quality or human error they will try to make an excuse instead of compensating. Again I walked in on a Friday and came back the next Saturday. There is no way I would have needed a fill in if the quality and technique was up to par. They will never have to worry about me again or any recommendations.

Went to this place for the first time based off reviews, but now I think all of these good reviews were left because people are getting free gift cards! It was my first visit and I wasn’t offered a gift card. I won’t be returning anyways so it didn’t really matter. When I went in I will say everyone there was nice. I keep seeing reviews saying they have all of this yummy drinks and I was only offered mango juice or whatever. My first complaint was that I’m pretty sure when I read the prices and description, it said my pedicure came with a 5 minute massage. I didn’t even receive a massage and then when I mentioned it he got very defensive and swore he gave me a massage. He definitely didn’t. Why would a lie about a massage. My nails look like I painted them myself, and it’s only been one day and my nails have already chipped. Waste of money! I see all of these great reviews, but my first experience there was nothing spectacular and I will not return. *** re: I said all of these good reviews were left because these people received gift cards. No I did not leave a review based off of me not getting a gift card. I left my review based off my experience. My polish was completely dry and it started chipping THE NEXT DAY. All of the polish has chipped at this point and it hasn’t even been a full week! ITS STILL CHIPPING. Nothing to do with the polish not being completely dry.

I never thought I would find a nail salon down here that does such a phenomenal job. I’m used to getting my nails slayed. I’m talking crisp shaping and bomb designs since I’m from NY. I’ve been in NC for 3 years and everytime I would go get my nails done at various locations, I could never find a single decent salon that does my nails to the standard of what I was used to or even close to it. I started to give up and even try doing my nails myself but found that took immense amounts of patience and time. But TODAY, I can truly say I’ve found my go to nail salon and I am BEYOND happy about it. I left out of the nail salon at 3:00pm and here I am, I could barely get both feet out the door before taking the time to leave a review. I want to show pure, genuine gratitude to Emma and Karen for taking care of me and slaying my nails to perfection. They listened to everything I wanted and did not disappoint. From color, sleek even coated acrylic, painted nail tips, crip nail shape, evenly filed toe nails, to a fire design. Can’t wait to come back and spend more money with them, atleast I know I’m getting what I truly want and I’m not settling for a mess of a job. The guy there even dropped a neat little gem on me for keeping my design clean, but you’ll have to visit them for yourself to find out. They also keep you refreshed throughout your experience with them. THEY ARE A1 ! I’ll definitely be back !
