Wonderful time here, very professional and kind. Relaxed atmosphere. Appointment time set for 11 AM finish roughly at 6 PM very good on time. I was able to get my hair washed and dried stylus/hair, braided achieve look I was going for the via photos of previous model and price was reasonable to service. Thanks again and I will be back.

The ladies here are very nice but it's not a very professional business. I've been there for braids 5 times and each time, they've charged me a different amount. Sometimes they even ask me what I paid last time..... Shouldn't they know that? They don't ask you what you want before they start. They are usually running 30-45mins late, and there's always hair and plastic bags all over the floor. They're blasting music and have the TV on at the same time. Plus, it isn't cheap at all. I think I'll be trying another salon next time.I will say though that they messed up my braids once and fixed them for free the following day, so their customer service is pretty good.

I've been coming to this braiding salon for a year for medium box braids and will continue to come back. Deborah and Sandra are friendly and took my concerns seriously about braiding too tightly around my hairline. Most times that I've come, I've only had to wait a few mins before they're ready for me. It does take a long time, but they sometimes have multiple people braiding my hair at once which makes it go faster.
