I was blown away with the serve at Campus Smile. From the front desk, to the assistant, and Dr. Nickelson. Everyone was fantastic. It was great to visit a dentist where my well being was of top priority. I have been to so many dentists that made me feel like my teeth are only a gold mine. With Dr. Nickelson, I felt like a real person with real financial constraints and real feelings. I only needed to come in to have a crown recemented, but I received the treatment quickly and for a great cost. Every other dentist I had gone to before with a detached crown has tried to scare me into returning to there office to have more work done. There were no scare tactics here. I had a great experience in the clinic. All the dentists and nurses inside the clinic are very kind and caring. However, what impressed me most was the professionalism of the lady behind the front desk. She is the politest person i have ever seen. Every time i saw her, she gave me a sense of deja vu, who reminded me of my old friend Billy who used to live on a hill, even though she might not understand what "sense of deja vu" means given her education background. But fortunately, both her parents and her community college professors successfully taught her how to behave herself, which i guess should be the most valuable lesson in her life. I loved it here! Staff are so genuine and efficient. They tell you all the necessary information about your dental care and are lovely to talk with. I was in and out in 35 minutes, but so thorough.
