I am updating my review due to recent events. Mr Owens reached out to me to understand what happened. It was great to have some listen and resolve any issues. He promptly sent his technician to check and fix whatever might be the issue with my roof.——————————————————I wish they improve their customer service. Their project manager or anyone from their company did not come by to inspect the work of their contractors. After the contractors did the work, the next call I got was about - when are you going to pay? No one asked whether the job was done to my satisfaction. (Had a leak.)Service: Roof installation
