Absolutely amazing intro experience! Our instructors were helpful, informative, and hands on. We had a thorough warm up. We hard plenty of time and space with each apparatus. We stretched out in the end and cleaned up. We all left exhausted. Lastly, we learned about more opportunities and how the studio schedule works. I look forward to visiting this studio again it was an excellent workout and I’m sure with time and their guidance I can get better.

I cannot say enough good things about Pura Vida, the instructors, and the owner, Alicia. I started my aerial journey in October of 2022 and it has been life changing. I hadn't exercised in an embarrassingly long time because I hated every kind of exercise that I'd tried. I reached out to Alicia after taking a random aerial yoga class when I was away in the Berkshires and she was so informative about all the options Pura Vida offers. I ended up starting with private lessons with her on aerial sling and since then, I've continued privates, added on group sling classes, and mat yoga classes. On a scale of cotton candy to Brussels sprouts, Pura Vida Studio is asparagus. Fresh, strong, bright.I scheduled a private for Saturday morning with instructor Abby, and I couldn't have been happier. Upon my arrival, we discussed my experience and she asked what I was wanting for our time together. I essentially said, "please hand me my butt." And she did.I felt safe, and I appreciated her insights into strength and conditioning as well as a new-to-me sequence.I've never done aerial so early in the morning, but I loved it.
