I have been coming to Pilates the Form for almost a year now, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made for my health.
Expert Guidance & Personalization
I deal with several ongoing musculoskeletal issues, which can make exercising feel daunting. However, the team here is incredible at modifying every workout to meet my body where it is that day. I work with Dawn regularly—who is phenomenal—but I’ve also had sessions with most of the instructors at the studio. Every single one of them is kind, supportive, and deeply knowledgeable.

I’ve gone to this studio for years and have nothing but great things to say. They have helped me get and keep my back pain under control and are now supporting me through a twin pregnancy. I’d recommend them to anyone.
Love this reformer Pilates studio. It’s a small space, which makes the classes feel really personal and not overwhelming. Roxanne, the owner, is amazing, super knowledgeable and great at explaining cues and form. You can tell she really knows her stuff and cares about her clients.
The other instructors are great too, and every class is challenging but doable. I always leave feeling stronger and better than when I came in. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid reformer Pilates studio with great instructors and a welcoming vibe.
