First Choice Roofing replaced my roof, gutters and downspouts and I had an excellent experience. Yhocio is an outstanding project manager. I need to know the details -- what materials are being used and what their purpose is. Yhocio did a fantastic job of explaining everything to me. It didn't take long for me to realize that Yhocio was truly invested in making sure clients are very comfortable with the process. He communicated throughout the process from inspection to completion. We highly recommend First Choice Roofing to anyone that needs repairs on their roof. It is a top tier business with exceptional customer service. What became a devastating time for our family, was eased by how professional, quick and responsive this business was. During the last Hurricane, our neighbors tree fell onto our property and pierced a large hole in our master bedroom. It rained for a week following the tree. Rain water flooded our floors and attic while insurance took their time sending an inspector. Our home was not safe to live in and we were told that we’d need a full roof replacement. First Choice Roofing name really speak for itself. The total experience from start to finish was excellent.The entire team was great to work with from the free inspection to the completion of the roof replacement . I honestly hate dealing with any contractors because I feel they say one thing and then end up saying another. With First Choice Roofing what they said is what they did and stood on their word. I am a visual people so whatever the contractors talked about they would follow up with a text or email. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner.
