So glad I found this gym! Had a work trip in NC and needed to find something better than a hotel gym. This gym was very clean and doesn’t have teenagers all over. Everyone was an adult who was there to work! If you’re a compound lifter that likes free weights this is the place for you. Thanks guys!

I’ve been a member at EXPO for about 2 months now, and it’s hands down the best gym I’ve joined. The equipment is top-notch and always clean, the classes (especially the HIIT sessions) are energizing and led by super motivating instructors, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

ExPo Life is a hidden gem gym! The facilities are top notch and overall environment is amazing. The equipment seems to be brand new and they have all the right equipment regardless of what you are trying to do. On top of that, their owner is incredible nice and very hospitable. If I ever come back to the area I will 100% be coming back to ExPo Life

I’ve been to a handful of gyms in the area, but nothing compares to ExPo Life. Not only do they provide a variety of workout equipments and machines, but the customer support and training they provide is unmatched. I highly recommend signing up or at least taking a look at it if you’re looking for a 10/10 gym.

Joined in April of 2024. The facility is extremely clean, there is an abundance of equipment, and the staff/members are friendly and welcoming.
They host a variety of group classes and the staff is more than knowledgeable.

This is a fantastic local community gym! It’s never crowded, it’s always open, and the trainers are super knowledgeable and insightful. They clearly care about helping you meet your goals in a safe, sensible manner.

This must be one of the best gyms in West Cary I have ever been to. It has a clean facility, a variety of equipment, and helpful staff. The gym offers 24-hour access, clean towels, and shower facilities. It has been a joy for me to be a part of Expo Life as a member

Great gym & great trainer. This was my first experience lifting in a gym for a workout - Brad had a huge amount of knowledge to help me get started. He also worked with me to develop a routine that works well with frequent travel (testament to his ability to cater/listen to each individual & understand what will work best to get results!)
