Melissa is a wonderful yoga instructor. She blends her scientific therapy experience with the nuances of yoga very well. Her way of teaching /explaining is simple and unique. Melissa's studio has great ambiance too.

She is very knowledgable. You cant get this level of personal treatment in any other studio. This yoga class has helped my sciatica more than 6 months of other PT, at a fraction of the cost.

Every class with Melissa brings a fresh & new awareness of being â€œin touchâ€ with my mind & body. Gentle yoga & Therapeutic yoga are the 2 types of classes I have taken.
