My recent visit to the nail salon left me with mixed feelings, and I'd like to offer some constructive criticism in the hope of seeing improvements in the future.Firstly, while the staff was friendly, I felt that there was a lack of communication when it came to understanding my preferences. It would be beneficial if the staff could take a little more time to discuss and ensure they fully comprehend the customer's desired nail style, length, and shape.The cleanliness and hygiene of the salon could use some attention. My absolute favorite technician to work with is Lilly! She has the patience to work diligently and pay close attention to the details ensuring you are always happy with your nails! Once I started scheduling with Lilly, I definitely will not be going anywhere else!Services: Pedicure

I see Julie every 3 weeks and she does amazing gel nails and pedicures! Everyone is super friendly and I am always greeted and directed by Lisa or Amy! I love Brilliant Nail Bar and will continue to visit! :)Services: Foot massages
