Schumacher did something for me that no other home builder I have worked with—or even heard of—has done.
We purchased a Schumacher home that was built in 2021 as the second owners. The home had experienced some settlement cracks in the drywall. The drywall was separating between a beam and the ceiling due to normal expansion and contraction caused by a dry winter. These were non-structural, cosmetic issues.
Despite our being the second owners and technically outside the warranty period, Luther brought an A+ crew over to repair everything at no cost.

Josh, our Schumacher New Homes Consultant, was awesome to work with. We came to Schumacher looking for what they offered compared to smaller builders. Josh did a great job of helping us identify the house model that met our needs while being very transparent about timelines, cost, etc.
We were also impressed that Josh knew the particulars of the area where we want to build, and helped us answer questions efficiently in the preliminary build process. Lastly, he gave us thoughtful suggestions on design, layout, etc.
