He took his time to do the job perfectly in order to make sure my system was up and running to its full potential. Spells originally installed this unit on my new home a couple of years ago. Heat pump wasn't working correctly so I gave them a call. A few hours later. the tech showed up. Ended up being a bad capacitor and the part was under warranty. To me Their service call fee and labor was fair. Especially to show up that quick.
