I had a very pleasant experience during my appointment. Dr. Mikolich thoroughly explained the results of my eye exam in great detail and took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated the care, professionalism, and attention I received.
I've been seeing Dr. Steger for many years, since before he moved to My Eye Dr, and I like him a lot. He has taught me a lot about how to take care of my eyes. I was recently very impressed with Jessica's customer service. I was going out of town and needed my glasses and she went above and beyond to help me get them in time. Thank you. I gave a 4/5 because of cleanliness and corporate feel.
Great experience today. Today was my first time getting contacts. Dr. Steger done a awesome job explaining everything to me. The new optometrist assistant did a great job as well! She was super friendly and very helpful
