Great experience on my new patient cleaning and X-rays. Office staff was persistent and professional with verifying insurance coverage, despite some glitches in the insurance carrier systems. Dental staff was delightful, making a visit to the dentist less stressful!

Waiting for Dr. P., I enjoyed watching an episode of The Simpsons on the TV from my dental chair. Dr. P. was kind enough to fit me in same day to look at a broken crown. I like it that she gave me several option about how I/we might proceed with treatment plans and how much each would cost.

I look forward to seeing Dr Putman each time. I am concerned that I get a different hygenist just about each time. Furthermore, this time I felt like I was getting a lecture like I was a child or someone much younger than my senior citizen age about cleaniing my teeth. Then she had difficulty clear debris from between my teeth and she can see the debris that I couldn't even feel.
