I was seen very quickly ( 15 mins or so) by Dr. OCONNOR,( he was visiting from Charlotte) & he was EXCELLENT and told me I was a very sick lady- I had pneumonia & he knew I did NOT want to go wait at an ER ( Missions wait times are horrendous) so he gave me a double shot of Rosef to get me thru the Sunday night to get meds at Pharmacy, but told me if I wasn't better by morning to rush to ER. I made an appointment, was seen within a few minutes of my on-time arrival, was clearly heard by both an attendant and a PA, my injury was cleaned and bandaged, supplies provided for me to continue my own care, tetanus booster painlessly administered by another attendant, and clearly counseled regarding further steps to be taken. It was as pleasant as a visit to a clinic could be, efficient and effective. I truly appreciated my access to and treatment by Mercy Urgent Care West Asheville.

I made a 11:10 appointment online and was called back within ten minutes or so of my time. The front desk associate was excellent, but I didn’t catch her name. Amber, Ashley, Daisy, and Jackie all made up my care team and they were all excellent. They were made for the field they’re in. My main issue was vomiting for over 24 hours and I felt safe and heard from the moment I came in. Thank you guys so much for taking care of me.
