I am a long time client. Crystal is very professional and capable as an esthetician. You can't go wrong with her expertise. However, recently the salon changed wax brands to something inferior. Also they no longer give out the aftercare sample, instead charging an additional price for the product without informing me at the time of appointment. That doesn't sit well with me. It was a valuable courtesy in the past where 5 stars was the standard.

I was from out of town attending a fancy wedding at the Biltmore Estates as a guest. Nicole was awesome and made me feel special! I showed her a sample idea and she took it from there. I was very happy with the service, quality, care and most important the half updo style I left with that afternoon!

Crystal did an amazing job giving me a 60 minute facial to fit my skin care needs! It was my first facial ever and it most definitely not be my last at this spa! My skin has been improving significantly and it hasn't even been a week since I got it. The Aveda products are the best for sensitive skin! Thanks so much!!
