I would give Replacement Windows a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. The sales rep arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time. He was very knowledgeable about their windows and answered all of my questions. Windows were ordered and when they came in, a date was set for installation. Workers arrived that morning and immediately went to work. They were very professional, efficient, and left no mess. The windows look great and I am very satisfied. I highly recommend Replacement Windows to anyone needing windows.

The REPLACEMENT WINDOW CENTER in Asheville, NC did an excellent job in replacing two older windows in my office. They came out to my office, measured for the proper size, ordered the needed windows, and made an appointment time for the installation.The installation crew was right on time, and they were very professional. They obviously had a great deal of experience, as they finished the job, to my complete satisfaction, in about 4 hours. Our only complaint would be the time we had to wait prior to replacement. The reason for the wait was the sliding glass door was a custom size.The cost was very reasonable, and the two gentlemen who did the installation were totally professional and finished the replacement in just over two hours.
