I'm from Charlotte. I'm in Arden helping with flood recovery efforts and bringing some supplies to help in a little way at Pisgah High School. This location is new to me. I was met with a professional and friendly staff. All of them. Good people. God help Western Carolina and those who lost much.

As of 10/13/24 post hurricane Helene; the hours have changed to reduced hours. My complaint is that neither Google, nor the Planet Fitness app, nor the phone system has the correct times for when the gym is actually open; this is customer service at its most basic level folks!!!! Since the owner can't bother themselves, I guess I will, please see the photo. I wonder when these highly inconvenient hours be lifted since I'm paying for a gym I can't use since I work like most of your customers.

I always feel welcomed in by the staff (Matt, brian, alexa, raven, jamie, tre, and gary). I switched my membership from anytime to planet fitness and the benefits of being a blackcard member make the affordable pricing even better.
