I have used Jimmy's Plumbing twice, and both times I have been very impressed. It was easy to get an appointment by calling the office and they were able to come out the next day. Torin and Gregory were professional and personable, and explained everything that they were doing. They ensured that my toilet was in perfect working order before they left. Charlie showed me what needed to be done for my leak. It seemed like a long process to me but he called his team and actually got done within an hour. This is the second time I have used them. The first time Charlie came out and unlike the others, he told me I didn’t need a new water heater just a part which he fixed that day and saved me a lot of money. Their entire team has been respectful and honest and wants to do the job right and as cost efficient as possible for me.

I had the best experience with Jimmy's plumbing, not the first .They are always professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Noah and Aaron. They ask before they replaced parts. Cleaned up after the job. We will call the next time we need a plumber.
