Charlie showed me what needed to be done for my leak. It seemed like a long process to me but he called his team and actually got done within an hour. This is the second time I have used them. The first time Charlie came out and unlike the others, he told me I didn’t need a new water heater just a part which he fixed that day and saved me a lot of money. Their entire team has been respectful and honest and wants to do the job right and as cost efficient as possible for me.

I had the best experience with Jimmy's plumbing, not the first .They are always professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Noah and Aaron. They ask before they replaced parts. Cleaned up after the job. We will call the next time we need a plumber.

These guys have been at our house often over a number of years. (It’s a100+ year old house, so naturally we have plumbing issues.) They’re always professional, helpful, thorough and communicative. Recently Torin and Aaron were here for a major repair job that took several days and required serious creative problem-solving and very hard work. They were great all the way around. We never use any other plumbing service.
