Tiger Rock Martial Arts in Holly Springs has been an incredible experience for our family (two young boys). The instructors are not only skilled and professional, but also incredibly kind and patient. They work exceptionally well with students of all ages and abilities, creating an environment that feels safe, respectful, and inclusive.
The owner and instructor has a strong background in working with young children, including preschoolers, and it truly shows. Her patience and calm presence make a big difference, especially for children who may be excited, shy, or who face challenges like receptive language delays, ADHD, or other neurodivergent conditions.... read full review

Instructors are patient and know kids well. They did an awesome job on teaching kids and helping them understand the skills at different levels. Definitely a great place for learning martial arts.

I started tracing with them when I was 12 years old and are the most amazing people in the world I was nervous on my first class because I transferred form a tiger rock in Alabama and was red belt level 1 and then I go my black belt and was training to become a instructor and they told me all the way. They taught me how to trust people more often and they were more than my instructors they were my family.
