My husband's family has always taken their pets here. However, since knowing my husband I have only had a handful of good experiences here. In all honesty, my first experience was a horrible one. We were visiting his parents here in Albemarle, as we lived in Charlotte at the time. One of my dogs, we were unsure of which, got into rat poison. It was close to the end of operating hours on a Saturday. However, I called and notified them that we were 10 to 15 minutes out and what the emergency was. We arrived two minutes after operating hours, and the doors were locked and no cars for in sight. This tells me that they possibly even left before the end of operating hours.... read full review
Staff and Vets have always treated my fur babies with loving care and us with respect and understanding. Thank You Albemarle Animal Clinic!!
I have my animal here for 20 years and they talked to me like I was a dog. Don't even get started here. Sam Griffen also refused to come to the car to put my friends elderly dog to sleep. Avoid!!
