Thank you to Kimberly at Most - She was dedicated to my improvement at every turn. In addition to regaining range of motion and strength, she helped me understand what mechanisms within my body were connected to the knee so that I could continue to improve. My knee pain has been seriously reduced. Thank you Kimberly!

Kim is the reason I am walking so well these days, I injured my knee and didn’t want to pursue surgery. Kim is knowledgeable, kind and so much fun to work with, she kept changing the ways to work on different muscles, kept it interesting. Her skill at dry needles is tops, I would highly recommend MOST
